Refund, Shipping & Chargeback Policy

All products from Sugar Laced Essence are made to order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping protection at checkout.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order.

Once an order has shipped, Sugar Laced Essence is no longer responsible for packages. If shipping protection is not added, the customer accepts full responsibility for any issues once the package leaves our possession.

If shipping protection is purchased, claims for lost, stolen, damaged, or missing packages must be handled through the shipping protection provider according to their policies and claim process.

Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in a permanent ban from future purchases from Sugar Laced Essence.

Any future orders placed after a chargeback or payment dispute has been filed will be canceled and refunded at the discretion of Sugar Laced Essence.

Sugar Laced Essence reserves the right to present all order documentation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, policy agreements, and customer communication in response to any payment dispute or chargeback filed.
